Ok, this is my story. I can't be shy about needing help any more...things have just gone to far and I'm treading water. My husband was fired from his job after 11+ years. Unfairly, let me add and that is a whole nother story. We lost our only income, our benifits, insurance, perscription card, our security, our daily routine. We were taken by surprise and it shook us up . We have three children. As we were comming to terms with this and taking small steps to move on we were comforted somewhat when we were approved and recieved an unemployment check. It had been several weeks with no paycheck by this time because the process takes so long. Things were looking a little better. We worked a few side jobs as we both searched for full time work. My husband recieved offer for a promising job but not untill the first of the year. We ate alot of bologna sandwiches and hotdogs. We bought only basics needs and everything else would just have to wait. We didnt have that much to begin with but we paid the bills. All of this started in October. Now in late November we find out that the company my husband worked for appealed the decision that allowed us to receive unemployment. They won. Again we are faced with no job or paycheck. Today is the 5th of December and we have nothing for rent or light bill, water, etc. or most of all Christmas!!!
